Orders are prepared by Imtrade and handed to an assigned delivery partner. Customers can follow confirmed, preparing, packed, shipped, out-for-delivery, and delivered updates from My Account.
- Delivery charges and eligibility are confirmed during checkout.
- Delivery estimates begin after order and payment confirmation.
- Courier and tracking details appear once assigned.
RETURNSRequesting a return
Contact Imtrade with the order reference, affected product, reason, and supporting photos where applicable. Requests are reviewed before refund or replacement approval.
- Keep the item and packaging until the review is completed.
- Food, hygiene, opened, damaged, or perishable products may have category-specific restrictions.
- Approved refunds follow the original confirmed payment arrangement.
CUSTOMER SUPPORTWe manage the order
Customers do not need to contact suppliers directly. Imtrade coordinates products, fulfillment, delivery questions, returns, and order updates.

Imtrade uses account, contact, order, delivery, and supplier information to operate the marketplace, provide support, prevent misuse, and maintain transaction records. Access is limited according to customer, supplier, Hub staff, operations, and administrator roles.
This prototype notice must be reviewed and replaced by Imtrade’s approved Thailand PDPA policy before a full commercial launch.

Phedjung products are the current pilot catalogue. Listings labeled “Catalogue preview” demonstrate planned marketplace categories and cannot be ordered. Prices, inventory, delivery areas, promotions, and settlement terms remain subject to confirmation by Imtrade.
Formal customer terms, supplier agreements, return windows, tax treatment, and commercial service fees must be approved before the public launch.
